Working Principle of Silo Filter
Cement Silo Filter (filter on silo) works with the logic of jet pulse filter system. A mixture of material + air (nitrogen) is filled in the steel body of the Silotop Filter in the pressure range of 0.1mbar – 7bar. The task of the Top Silo Filter is to separate the air from this mixture. When the Silo Filter is operated, the air inside this pressurized tank gives compressed air to the silotop filter cartridges for cleaning. Cartridge bodies in the area under the Silo Top Filter stop dust and allow air to pass through. During this transition, chemical materials such as cement, gypsum, PVC, calcite, silica sand, carbon, bentonite,Ash etc. stick on the silotop filter cartridges.
